Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta, cooked (1/2 lb or 200 grams dried)
- 16 large slices ham, chopped (12 oz)
- 8-10 slices swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup half and half milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a square 9-inch baking pan and set aside.
- Add a layer of pasta into the prepared pan (try to keep them at single layer) and season with salt and pepper.
- Add half of chopped ham on top of the pasta.
